Canyon Creek Cabins

Granite Falls, WA

We're going to start this list of strong with one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time! Canyon Creek Cabins has been featured in Sunset Magazine, and Junebug Weddings and is one of the most gorgeous and unique cabins I've ever seen. Tucked into the lush forests of the Northern Cascades, Canyon Creek was originally built in the 1970s as a fishing cabin and was renovated and expanded by the current owners. The cabin interior has been thoughtful curated with uniquely designed objects, furniture, textiles, and art from their design shops in Seattle; Glasswing and their recently opened plant store, Greenhouse.

Just a short drive away there's plenty of options for your elopement ceremony such:

The Treeframe Cabin

Index, WA

This unique property has been featured on A&E's "Living Smaller" tv show and has become a bit of a TikTok sensation. But we totally get why! This stunning a-frame also doubles as a treehouse that sits 13 feet off the ground with unbelievable views of mountains, forest and river. You'll have your own private hot tub, walk trails throughout the property, AND they even donate a portion of your rental fee to organizations like The Sierra Club, Forterra, The Washington Trails Association, The Tulalip Foundation, The Index Historical Society, and The Heybrook Trail.

Pinehaus Modern Cabin

Cle Elum, WA

If you're looking for luxury in the forest this one is for you. Only an hour and 30 minutes from Seattle, Pinehaus has amenities like a separate bath house (okay, fancy fancy) with a sauna, outdoor hot tub, cold plunge tub and a relaxation loft so you can unwind after an exciting day of trekking through the mountains for your elopement. You'll be able to sleep 6 people here too!

A dog friendly A-frame nestled right in the foothills of the Cascades that you can elope at!? Say no more. With room for up to 15 guests for your ceremony friends and family can make the 30 minute drive from Seattle to join you on your elopement day. You'll be able to sleep up to 6 people and the space was actually designed to host elopements specifically! There's even a 200 square ft sun room for hosting your dinner party too!

Canoe House on Crabapple Lake

A mid-century home with 76 feet of lake front access? A dream. This is a perfect retreat for those that want to have a home base to not only elope at but spend a few days relaxing with friends and family. You'll have access to paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, and plenty of swimming opportunities.

The Black Crane Treehouse

Bremerton, WA

I'm obsessed with The Black Crane Treehouse. You can gaze out across the lake from your design forward treehouse and explore the 20 acres of trails. Filled with custom artwork from local artists, the treehouse also hosts the Rockland Artist Residency! For those that love art and design and want to include their love of art in their elopement plans, this is the perfect combination of both.

Fort Ebey Treehouse

Coupeville, WA

I know, I know. We're hitting a lot of treehouses on this list, but I had to include one by the renowned treehouse architect Pete Nelson! The Fort Ebey Treehouse is a stunning option for your Whidbey Island elopement. Plus you'll be super close to the Ebey's Landing National Historic Reserve that would be a perfect place for a sunset ceremony! Not convinced? For those that want a true Seattle engagement, this architectural retreat is right in Seattle! Tucked into the Matthews Beach neighboor of Seattle, you'll be just one block from the beach, but the property itself is full of quirky details that make it totally unique from any other property on this list. Throughout the home you'll find details like a Lego kitchen, modern design pieces, interesting puzzles and games. No shortage of eclectic details to make your experience and your photos super unique!

Tidecrest: High Bluff Hideaway and Beach Front Cabin

This beach front cabin on Maxwell Beach has gorgeous views of Useless Bay and the Olympic Mountains, and is beautiful little time capsule of the 1960s and would make for the most STUNNING photos with a modern 60s feel. Plus you'll have all the conveniences of a fully stocked home, not just a vacation rental.

The Clay House

Seward Park, WA

The cutest little handmade cabin on an urban farm right near Lake Washington? Yes. Private, just enough space for you and your love, you'll have the entire space to yourself with garden paths and fruit trees. Perfect for a slow morning and a romantic evening.

For lovers of vintage ephemera this place is packed with everything your vintage loving heart could want.

Timber Stilts Modern Cabin

Ronald, WA

Isn't a one of a kind home on stilts everything an Seattle airbnb wedding dream should be? A mix of modern Scandinavian style furnishings with a rustic, cedar cabin aesthetic, including all the perks of both a hotel and a home. This design forward home is maybe the most perfect property on this list. You could say your I do's on the deck, light the fire place for some s'mores, and host a stunning dinner for your wedding day. Note: If you're getting married in the winter this location is hike in only. There may be the option for a snow taxi ride on SxS tracks though for the coolest adventure elopement option ever!
