PLANNING A CANNON BEACH ELOPEMENT

With everything from cute coffee shops, to ethereal beaches and sand dunes, some of the most stunning views on the Oregon Coast, and spectacular sunsets, a Cannon Beach elopement is nothing short of something straight out of a dream. And as one of Oregon's most popular elopement locations, it's easy to see why! Cannon Beach is one of our most visited elopement locations, and one of our favorite places too!

Planning your own Cannon Beach elopement? Here's some of our favorite tips:

Consider visiting at sunrise or sunset to avoid the bulk of the crowds during peak seasons. While you'll still have quite a few people on the beach at sunset, it's far fewer than all of the tourists visiting during the day!
From June to September consider eloping on a weekday for avoid the worst of the summer crowds. But the off season is just as stunning on the coast! A fall or spring elopement would be just as magical if you're hoping to have a bit more privacy with all of the same spectacular views.
Midday explore some of the other beautiful places in the area like Ecola State Park, Hug Point Recreation Area, Oswald West State Park, or Short Sand Beach.
Check out some of the coffee shops in town like Sleepy Monk Coffee, Sea Level Coffee + Bakery, Oasis Cafe (they have a great matcha!), or Lazy Susan Cafe.
