Hi! I'm Natasha! Your intimate wedding and elopement photographer, dog petter and donut eater. While photography is my first love, connecting with people is my love language. You'll find me lovin' on the big moments, the quiet moments, the silly moments – but especially the in between moments. The moments that are unadulterated and unfiltered. The ones where you are the real you. Here on the blog you'll find all of my favorite tips, tricks and resources for planning a wedding that's all about those moments.

INTIMATE WEDDING +

ELOPEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER

First of all, right off the bat we had to create code names for Brian and Brian...and my husband/second shooter...Brian. Cause what are the chances that I get to work with the three best Brians on the planet at the same time? But man, what a wedding day. From our very first conversation (who am I kidding...it was when I first read their inquiry form) I can't even begin to tell you how excited I was for all of the moody, eclectic wedding inspiration. From the very first email, The Brians (self identified as Brian Squared) had an astoundingly beautiful vision. And not your typical light and airy wedding day. But a day full of moody light and texture and bold color choices that embraced the Fall. My favorite (I repeat, FAVORITE) combination of things to photograph. Because what could be more visually stunning than dried floral and plaids and deep emerald greens for a fall wedding?

But it wasn't just their eclectic wedding inspiration and style that had me hooked. In fact as we got to know each other that became the least of what I loved the most about Brian Squared. Instead, I fell in love their kindness. Their communication. The love they had for their friends and family. Their desire to make everyone feel included in celebrating their love. Their excitement to share their excitement!

I think very often, couples get caught up in the chaos of wedding day planning. It's easy to for the real reason of celebration to get lost in the haze of budgets and design and dollar signs. But for Brian Squared, it all came down to one thing. Celebrating how they wanted, with who they wanted, and really feeling through it all.

From hand poured candles for their guests (created by Brian himself! You can check out his Etsy shop here!) to intimate seating and many opportunities for happy tears, they really knew how to make someone feel welcome and loved. It's not lost of me how often I get to say I'm so fortunate that I get to work with so many generous and thoughtful people, but Brian and Brian are really at the top of the list.
